During the divorced years there were many morning I woke up to my dad at the breakfast table lol. Then when my dad had his heart attack my mother told her then serious partner that he had to move out because my dad needed to have someone to take care of him for at least 6 months. My parents had the strangest relationship lol. I say had because my dad passed away-when he passed away my parents had been divorced again for 2 years--yet my father left my mother everything. The only thing neither of my parents did was marry someone else and they never had any other kids with anyone else thank goodness.

No, JJ believed she had the tablet as well, but there was no proof of that. For the watch she brought a witness and JJ chose to believe her, because in a non-criminal case the level of proof needed is more likely than not. Since a witness is a type of proof, that works for the watch. But she can't use the proof of that to infer she also took the tablet, although it's more likely than not.

The watch and the tablet didn’t belong to the deceased guy but to the plaintiff. The defendant played with the fact that she was the wife and lied, I’m absolutely sure about it, by saying she never saw the watch nor the tablet.
