Yeah right. He paid $5,000 to get back a car that was sold for $950 and had already received $750 for the purchase. So instead of cutting his loss possibly for $200 he spent $5,000. That makes ZERO sense because it's not true.

It wasn't 45 seconds of ringing. It was 45 seconds of a connected call. The Defendant definitely answered the call and spoke with the Plaintiff for 45 seconds, which is plenty of time to have a full conversation!
