Sarah is 24 years old and there are many years of working in a real courtroom as a lawyer, and continuing in law school before she'll be qualified enough and show competency before she can even sit her bar exams; plus going through other stages of her career before she becomes a Judge in, maybe, 20 years' time. Always agree with JJ but not to her assistance in some of these accident scenarios. She's always insisting that a car could NEVER have front damage unless they are at fault. This is incorrect. Cars can skid and slide and slam into cars at ANY position including the front. Not to say this particular scenario may be the case but just pointing out how JJ keeps insisting this theory as a fact. I remember she heard a case where that could have been the case and didn't give the other driver any credit at all. She, again, insisted that a car cannot have a front damage unless they are at fault. also, insurance fraud people that break check people or even back up to slam into people are not taken into account. so it's NOT always that that is true. every case has to be looked at individually.
