Her whole story made no sense way before that part. She woke up in his house, then after NOT having a fight and calmly deciding she would move out and come back for her laptop later because she somehow had no phone, he left for work after which she decided to move out because they broke up and she got all her things except her laptop for some reason then got a ride to drop off her stuff at her parents house, after which she did a two hour shift at work before coming back to bust down the door to get the laptop she had no reason to leave behind earlier.

When the defendant first addressed the judge, I knew right then and there that she had some kind of attitude which confirms that she is a volatile person. It doesn't take much to recognize the signs. Meanwhile, the plaintiff was very cool, calm, and collected throughout the entire case. I'm glad he won his case. Breaking down someone's home, or destroying your ex relationships property isn't justifiable towards relationships that don't work out.
