I laughed so much the more this case went on. Probably my favourite one yet. The way the defendant’s husband spoke so slowly and in such a condescending manner to JJ was so funny because you could hear and see she was absolutely fed up, and then him rolling his eyes when she asked for the month and year like it was inconveniencing him. Also: “You know that I’m not buying what you’re saying to me, but I’m gonna let you dig your hole.” Judge Judy is an absolute legend. 😂 The defendant was already in the bad books when JJ realised she stole money from him. Not everyone, just the greedy. It works well, I can assure you. We should all try and be nice - just not to everyone.

This is why I don't lend money to anyone! Perfect example. There's not an OLD saying, it's an ANCIENT saying: _Never a Borrower nor a Lender be._ Sometimes in Life, you're forced to borrow due to circumstances beyond your control. When that happens, pay back the money as soon as you can. The Lender part though is a different story. If you're a private individual, don't ever lend money to anyone. You'll likely end up like this Plaintiff who did a good thing for someone who in hindsight didn't deserve the kindness he showed her.
