He is not scamming anyone.. The government wants people on disability to work if they are able. When you are on disability, they allow you to earn money, they have job search on the disability site. You are allowed to have a bank account with a set amount, you are allowed to have personal assets, as well as a house. There are programs to help people on disability buy a house. Could you live on 600.00 a month jackass? Every month he has to fill out a report, he has to tell disability where he is working, and he has to declare his income, and provide cheque stubs to prove it. It changes, I don't know how much, my friend is on disability, crippled in a car accident, he is allowed to earn something like 900 and change a month. And he can't walk. He makes about 800 a month making phone calls form home, You are woefully ignorant my friend, or immensely stupid!!

I don't think he has any right to talk about what's fair and earnings. She's the mother of their child, she took what was hers out of their shared accounts. If he didn't want that to happen, he should've had his own account. As far as what the "better home" is, I would think a working mother that loves her child, who also discovered her partner trying to double cross her and kick her out on the street, is probably a better place to be than a house that the father doesn't own and spends his time scamming the government while complaining about money that isn't his to begin with.

I am sure some social security employee will have watched this episode, and reported the plaintiff for investigation. After at least four years of disability fraud, their lawyers are going to take his house off him. I suspect the taxation authorities will also be investigating, and picking up any non-declared assets in addition to looking into how much of his business is under the table. He will be lucky to have more than a toothbrush left after his admissions on national television. I am sure Judge Sheindlin will be happy to provide full unedited transcripts of his case to whichever government departments that might be interested.
