Some people can and do take an early retirement. My uncle retired when he was 45, he had already made his millions. He is now in his 80s and still has money to leave his 4 kids. He sure did something right. I do know that initially he invested in Cray Research's computer company when there was only IBM and Cray Computers. Smart investments can take you a long way.

A woman should never have to “ask” for those things from a real man. I am engaged now and while dating my man took over my utility bills and 2 car payments. I never asked him, and I never paid for a meal or date. I believe in a traditional union between people and will be a stay at home wife and mother, even though I have my own money. My money is my money and his money is the house money. 😄 He has no problem with that arrangement because he will be the King of the castle in the home and I will be his peace.

Because what's good for the goose is good for the gander, as they say. If the plaintiff's claim was dismissed because it was a live-in partner relationship, then his counterclaim is dismissed for the same reason. You don't get to sue your live-in relationship partner for that stuff.
