The plaintiff used to be good friends with the defendant, and she loves the defendant’s daughter like her own. She claims the defendant is obsessed with Facebook and needs an intervention for the social media platform. She let the defendant and her daughter move in with her, but she’s still behind on rent. She’s suing for rent and emotional distress. The defendant argues the plaintiff evicted her and her daughter and used her room so the plaintiff could grow marijuana. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.

The defendant is ungrateful and entitled and folks need to let her grow TF up and stand on her own 2 feet. Maybe then she would appreciate somebody having her back because they want to not because they owe her anything.

Facebook, the internet and social media has ruined society. Take me back to the 70s 80s and 90s. But beyond all that, roommates never work out. I've been over this so many times.

The internet on the 90s was just as bad technically worse, because people was committing crying by catfishing. Had someone commit that crime. Then, when he found out that he was being catfish, to actually kill somebody who wasn't actually hurting that person he thought he was talking to, he ended up killing himself and. Like. It just shows that it doesn't matter what time fragment is. There was just losers, there are. Evil people scammers ever since the beginning

A 3-Day eviction notice doesn't mean that you have to leave when those 3 days are up. It's a common tactic though to get you to leave before they would then have to escalate things further with the courts. Had her "friend" told her she needed 15 days instead of 3, she would have held off on taking the next steps for sure.
