You do realize that a lot of the CPS cases are where they are investigating WOMEN, and they end it with UNFOUNDED. Yall seem only outraged when it happens to be against a man with full custody. I work in law enforcement and I've seem women BRAG about how many times CPS has investigated them and they still have custody or access to their children. If the abuse in this case is actually true, then why isn't the mother in this case seeking full custody and a protective order for the child against him? She doesn't WANT custody. She had it, willingly gave it up, and thus far has had no desire to seek custody again. And FYI, in certain states like Texas, corporal punishment by a parent is completely legal as long as it doesn't inflict serious bodily injury. But I've seen way more CPS reports of mothers beating their kids than fathers. And sometimes it's a non bio boyfriend of the mother who she let's beat her own kids. Stop with the selective outrage.

I don't like it when the Judge or any judges disregards the PTSD, or Battered Wives Syndrome the victim suffers during and immediately following the escape from it. Often times the abused party doesn't know which wsy is 'up' or 'down' and according to Judge Mathis she is supposed to think strategically about living arrangements. I say, " When the 'house' is on fire you grab what is precious to you (children/Pets) and GET OUT OF THERE."
@Criminal.Lawyer.20247 ай бұрын
Damn, Mathis gave her the 3rd degree over being a stripper and no paying $50 a month .. but went soft on the plaintiff after seeing evidence that he's beating the shit out of his daughter and then lied to Mathis' face when he said he didn't know anything about to injuries. Sometimes Mathis has "crackish" ways.

Just my opinion. But the plaintive comes off as a reasonable good parent. But then there’s evidence to prove that he may have aggressive behavior. However, her on the other hand. It’s been years and years and if he’s so abusive, why don’t you go to the courts and get your child back. If he wouldn’t sued her for child support, would she still have continuously let the years go on and on.
@lovelybelleee7 ай бұрын
And right after the case, she says, I will take care of her when you stop abusing her. What kind of logic and sense does that make. It’s not I’m gonna go get my child or I’m a pay child support until I’m able to get custody of my child. It’s I will pay when you stop hitting her. That’s flawed logic.
@amaralark10057 ай бұрын
@@lovelybelleeethat last comment showed me she doesn’t really care for her daughter. Then she wants to get money for emotional distress for a child she doesn’t have custody of and won’t even send $50 a month for. Just sad
@lovelybelleee7 ай бұрын
@@amaralark1005 exactly her last statement showed me everything I need to know. He has custody he allegedly is violent, even though there’s proof, I’m just saying, allegedly. But she don’t care the way she pretends to care. Because she basically just moved on with her life and put restraining orders out on him. but she wants to talk about what he did to their child. However, she seems to care less about going to get the child. She’s just mad because he’s making her pay child support. I feel bad for the child because both of them seem sketchy.

He was definitely abusive, but the mother is more relieved to not have full custody. He can't be "abus3ive" on one hand and then said that we do great parenting together. Then withholding CS because she doesn't want to give him the satisfaction. Girl, please.
@Yespls8887 ай бұрын
If you listened, she said they WERE co-parenting fine at first. She was not only abused but was not in a financial position to take care of the child (when they first split);and probably also wasn't in the best place mentally at that time. Then years passed, she was admittedly intimidated by him and the fact that he made so much more money and she wasn't as stable... She was clearly still in her daughter's life if she was seeing her every weekend and the daughter opened up to her about abuse. Fast forward some years after they split, and she said the abuse of the daughter, from what she knows at least, didn't start until 5 years ago. She may not be perfect but it's funny how you're giving her heat although you're confusing the timeline and what was said.

If he was abuses to her why would you allow him to have custody of his daughter
