You people are nuts! Didn't the plaintiff give this defendant a car to get to work? What employer gives workers outside of (maybe) high ranking execs a car? Then the defendant had the nerve to act ungrateful like the plaintiff suppose to fix the car too while the defendant is driving it. SMDH Plus, the defendant is a grown ass man. Even if he was telling the truth about being paid minimun wage and the plaintiff stealing woman from him at the club, then he should have quit and disassociated himself with the plaintiff. He didn't so he needs to stop crying like a little entitled kid. If anything, I think the defendant is jealous of the plaintiff's success.

@@LiyyYasminee again, he was an employee doing disreputable things on his boss' time. Did his boss really say "If you don't sleep with these tenants, you're fired" I doubt it. The judge doubts it. You're on your own on that one. He's a whole grown man. He can behave correctly no matter what his boss is doing. That's on him. He said he completed 100% of his jobs but later said it looked like the jobs were "getting there." 100% completed and "getting there" are two different things. I know you want them to be the same because you're most likely one of those women who can't stand to be wrong. Call black white and white black if you want. It's not his boss' fault he lied. It's not the judge's fault he has to rule in favour of the person who is is not lying.

Legally maybe, because of JM's inability to see and hear, but I do believe he owes that man money, and underpaid him. When he said "I Pay when you when it's financially necessary." sounds like he pays him for his work, some of the time...which is illegal
