The mother never refuted the claim that she put her children up for adoption. Often times when children feel unwanted and/or neglected, they start acting out to get their parent's attention. Mathis did right be offering the daughter educational assistance, but he also should've offered the mother some counseling.

@simonsez1787
@simonsez1787 2 ай бұрын
No child gets to this place by themselves. The mother probably wanted to sue on principle and to make an example out of taking responsibility. But I also believe everything the daughter says. The mother probably has low emotional intelligence and only knows how to be an enforcer. Likely has to be tough where they live or else the daughter could run over her. But something else was missing early on, be it in gestation or even in the mother’s relationship before the daughter was conceived. Court is where you come to collect, but they need a deeper understanding of why they relate to each other as they do.

The mom keeps saying she doesn't care about the truck, but keeps hounding her daughter about the truck. It's one way or the other.... you don't care, you let it go! Also, if your daughter was going to make payments, but the truck you don't care about aided in your decision to kick your daughter out after you two made a payment agreement/arrangement...... don't you think her rent and newly acquired cost of living now comes first? Parents don't understand that sometimes( I was working to save up for college, but because I didn't go immediately due to funds, I got bombarded... basically punished with financial responsibilities to contribute to the house, and not small bills either. Couldn't afford school, because I had bills to pay and NO I couldn't get financial aid at the time). Hopefully the daughter will make the payments, and they can move on from this.

You can tell that the daughter is disrespectful because at the. Very end. When the mother is like I didn't want us to bring it like this. It's just principal and the daughter is like. Wow, why would you bring me in with an attitude on top of that, like sweetie, you didn't just wreck someone's car and did not pay for it. I don't care if you was just a baby or a girl, a old lady, a dog or anything you know, you're responsible, you need to pay it. You need. I'm tired of people, including a lot of females, not being responsible or taking actions of what they did wrong like being told. It's okay. It was just enabling that letting her be like. Oh, it's because you know your actions. You're still young. It's okay, you'll learn. No, that's enabling. I need her to learn today that the stuff that she did wrong is wrong. Pay your mama, Point blank period Yeah I don't like it so what

It's funny because a lot of kids are going to be like that. Oh, you pick a man over us when at the end of the day, your parent is allowed to be happy and half the time, it's not even dumb being picked over a man. It's the fact that I don't want your parents to move on to another relationship because yeah, in your heads. What your parents should be your parents and I get that because that's how I was when I was a kid. I thought that my father would pick females over me to find out that he wasn't picking any females over me. I was just emotional and just one of my mom and dad together like it's not like people was running in and out of people's homes or people has 5 girlfriends at 1 time and like oh I was a back burner when he started dating somebody. No, not at all like. It's never really that it's just your kids always seem like it's ya way or no way and I want you to understand. Even the way that wanna be like? Oh, the mom is wrong. She's neglectful. I want you to understand that I don't have to do what y'all want me to do as a parent, but take care of you and make sure that you are loved in that your future is good enough for you to understand how the world works and know that life isn't fair. That is. My job now is if I want to be with somebody. Then that's okay, as long as I still take care of you and see how your daughter is. In this courtroom, it seems like she was being taken care of at the only time. That something happened when she put her child out after she crashed the car. But yeah, I told her about the mama's neglectful. I don't see the mom being like that phone. I see her having a hard time with her child. And her child being a pain like she's supposed to and sometimes having 2 people with strong personalities is really hard work.

Judge Mathis is so bias when it’s parents vs the children. No matter what he will side the parent Smdh.

I'll never understand how anyone can bring their very own children to court. Shameful
