In honor of "Nailed It!" star Nicole Byer coming on the show, three Late Late Show staffers attempt to recreate a cake designed after James Corden's likeness. Will the staffers actually nail it, or offend their boss with their confectionary abilities?

I almost choked on my tea when Olivia showed her cake, poor girl. I don't like how offended James seemed by the cakes-on Nailed It!, the judges attempt to keep the feedback light and constructive. They do poke fun at people's results, but they try really hard to say at least one positive thing about each effort. Also, I am amused that he has Lawrence and Olivia working together on his show, only because it makes me think of Sir Laurence Olivier. 😁
