James wrangles his assistant Sarah back for another round of a Late Late Show staff cooking competition. This time we're tackling Thanksgiving - anything but the turkey. After a rigorous opening round of tasting, three finalists are picked and guest judge Mindy Kaling helps James crown a winner.

Each week night, THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN throws the ultimate late night after party with a mix of celebrity guests, edgy musical acts, games and sketches. BY POPULAR DEMAND, OUR FINALIST'S RECIPES: ============== Dawn’s Baked Cranberry Sauce with Bourbon 1 12oz bag of cranberries 1 1/4 cups sugar 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1 pinch nutmeg 1/4 cup bourbon Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F. Combine the cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small baking dish and cover. Bake for approximately 55 minutes. Remove the cover and stir to melt any undissolved sugar. Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for 5 more minutes (or until the cranberries are soft and surrounded by a syrupy sauce). Remove the dish from the oven and immediately stir in the bourbon. Let the dish cool to room temperature, then chill for at least 1 hour before serving. ================ Olivia's Cornbreads and Dipping Butters Pumpkin Cornbread Ingredients: * 1 cup flour * 1 cup cornmeal * 1 tbsp baking powder * 1/2 cup brown sugar * 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon * 1/4 tsp nutmeg * 1 tsp kosher salt * 2 eggs * 1 cup pumpkin purée * 1/4 cup olive oil Recipe: * Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8"x8" cake pan. (I used softened butter). * In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside. * Use a hand mixer to lightly beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then stir in the pumpkin and oil. * Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until combined, then stir the batter into the pan and smooth the top. * Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean. Classic Cornbread * 1 cup flour * 1 cup yellow cornmeal * 3 1/2 tsp baking powder * 2/3 cup granulated sugar * 1 tsp salt * 1/3 cup olive oil or melted butter * 1 large egg * 1 cup milk Recipe: * Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease an 8"x8" cake pan. (I used softened butter). * Add dry ingredients into a bowl and whisk together to combine well. * Make a well in the center of your dry ingredients and add oil or butter, milk, and egg. * Stir until the mixture just comes together. I used a hand mixer. * Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean in the center and the top is golden brown. Honey Butter * 1/2 cup unsalted butter (8 tbsp at room temperature) * 1/4 cup honey * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon Recipe: * Whip the butter with a hand mixer for 3 minutes until it's fluffy. * Add the rest of the ingredients and beat another minute until it's all well-combined. Garlic, Chive, and Parmesan Butter * 1/2 cup unsalted, softened butter * 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese * 1 tbsp minced chives * 1-2 minced garlic cloves Recipe: * Whip the butter with a hand mixer for 3 minutes until it's fluffy. * Add the rest of the ingredients and beat another minute until it's all well-combined.
