I'm one of those special kind of SimRacers... The kind that complains he can't afford a decent computer but has a full cockpit setup with all the propoper accessories still thinking it's budgetSim 2500$ later and racing on console still. The immersion becomes addicting

@@squidbeard5616 no a t300rs. I'm not a fan of Logitech and find their products to be over priced and lacking. Thrustmaster makes a better product for a fraction of the cost.

Lego steering wheel was a path I pursued early on. It had a system of gears and levers to move a playstation controller trapped in the construction, but i never had enough to build the pedals as well

13:10 ValiantSaint's setup - that looks like an older (circa 2010 or so) Fanatec 911 GT2 or GT3 wheelbase and wheel. I had the Fanatec 911 GT3 RS v2 as my second wheel ages ago, and it was good. The pedals look like Fanatec Clubsport V1's, which I also had.

11:55 No, that's just the H-Gear that makes it upshift by shifting forward and downshift by shifting backward. The rubbers only return the gear back to neutral (I don't know the name of that gear type).

hey goose!! i love your videos, iver been getting into carx recently and loving it, i might get a wheel soon (im on controller rn) and one thing in my personality is i really like doing things with other people, so i went to try to play multiplayer in carx and everytime i try to join a lobby it says "unknown error" or "error 504: unknown error" and ive tried updating carx, switching dns, using different wifi and nothing has worked, do you know how to fix this?

Goosiest plz review the logitech wingman formula force gp, it was released in 2000 and is around 30-40 bucks used if can found. I have a set it comes with 2 pedal and the wheel only but requires some magic with some games for it to work
