I doubt very much that Eugenie would risk her own Royal future by spending Christmas at Mudslide Mansion. The optics of that would reflect very, very badly on her - there is already a question mark over her loyalty to the Royal Family.
@GinaSeay-kn7xr3 күн бұрын
Or, King Charles accepts that she was/is very close to Harry, and a falling out between some family members doesn't mean that everyone has to exclude the pariah. It may be that he welcomes a family member keeping in touch with Harry so as to not estrange him forever. We may have a question mark but we are not privy to all that is going on.

I wouldnt trust Eugenie as far as I could throw her...she has always been the one muddying the water. I well remember how the York princesses looked down on Catherine and were indeed quite rude to her. Bea has grown up and matured, but Eugenie not so much. She knows which side her bread is buttered but she's not genuine. And the bs report about the Sussexes buying in Portugal was to help Jack the salesman move some property. I dont think it worked though..as the Portuguese weren't happy about the prospect.

I don't know if you would find this spooky but is a good story. We foster dogs and we had lovely older girl who through no fault of her own came to us. One day I noticed she was hanging out in the kitchen and seemed very contented. When I walked into the kitchen I was hit by an overwhelming smell of cigar smoke, we don't smoke. The next day, the old girl was not willing to go for a walk and was out of sorts, so we took her to the vet. Turns out she was suffering from cancer, so the decision was made to put her down, we found out it was her birthday. Tears all round. I feel that her owner, who was a cigar smoker, had come bring her home.

At one point my son slipped. While falling I caught his arm and trying to pull him up started falling myself. My grandmother gently reached with one arm and pulled us back up. My son died as a pedestrian in Road Traffic Accident in late November in the UK . There are simply not butterflies around at that time of the year. Our house filled up with butterflies, must have been 50 of them. Of course now every time we see butterflies we remember Tom. They stayed for about a week then went. When his grandfather, then grandmother died the butterflies came again, just for a few days. Often when we are sad a butterfly will come just to cheer us up. That our whole family touch stone.

Eugenie can't be that stupid, for a start, and for a second, she will surely prefer to spend Christmas with her recently recovered mother and her newly pregnant sister and their collective kids, and not forgetting her husband's family, rather than with H&M in glorious isolation in America.

Had a good chuckle at the hat story. I had an unfortunate giggling moment at church. My friend and I liked to attend midnight mass on Christmas Eve, and as my daughter (three years old at the time) was still wide awake because of excitement, I decided to take her with me. She sang along beautifully with all of the carols, then the vicar blessed the bread and wine as a bell tinkled three times. "Three o'clock!" My daughter whispered to me, which began the tickling of my funny bone, but more was to come. My friend got prepared to approach the altar as she's confirmed, and told my daughter that she could come with her, keep her head down, and "Be blessed by Father." I watched as my little girl knelt at the altar rail, then CLUNK, she put her head down so quickly her forehead hit the wooden rail. Again, my funny bone was tickled but eager to see if she was OK as she reached my pew. "Yes," she said, "And I have been blessed by Father Christmas!" My friend and I couldn't wait to get outside to roar with laughter, but meanwhile, couldn't look at each other as we tried to suppress our chuckles.

@maryireland42533 күн бұрын
I'm not sure M can feel hurt. In the case of the polo crowd, she would likely view it as their general character flaw, not fawning over the glamorous, gorgeous, famous duchess. This would not prevent her from declaring in print how hurt and excluded she felt. Frankly, the "polo crowd" was probably wives, sisters, and mothers of the polo players who have seen firsthand how predatory M can be (e.g., Nacho). They may have closed ranks to protect "their men."

One of the reasons the Queen mum did nor want Elizabeth to marry Phillip was her own insecurity, Phillip was more royal than Elizabeth, his father being Prince Andrew of Greece and his mother Princess Alice of Battenburg. She did not get on with Princess Marina for the same reason, her father was Prince Nicholas of Greece and her mother Grand Duchess Elena of Russia. In fact all of the Kent cousins of The late Queen Elizabeth had more royal blood than the Queen herself being the offspring of Prince George and Princess Marina. Her lack of royal blood was something Princess Margaret would often throw at her mother during an argument.

After my mom passed away, I found a phone message from her on my cell phone. She told me she was doing fine and she loved me very much. I've kept that message for years and listen to it occasionally just to hear her voice again.

In response to your plastic cup distress: So my parents have the posh glasses ready for guests & although I'm 50, I'm forever 5. For the last two years I turn up on Christmas Eve with my plastic bauble with a built in straw (cost less than £2) & I absolutely insist on having all my drinks out of it whilst everyone else is sipping their crystal glasses with sparkly champagne. On the other hand, I am quite prone to using my own posh crystal when I am just alone in the house where I can savour it & parade around the living room like I am Joan Collins in Dynasty. But I can't be trusted, as I also use the best crystal upside down to cut out pastry. Never apologise for what makes sense to you. Just be yourself. x

I've heard, from one of the royal commentators that Her Family call her Kate but that's a family name just like Lilibet was to her Family. I feel we should refer to her by her Royal status, and its lovely to call her a Princess ❤ Just love Judi , bless her, we have to treasure our aging Dames ❤ Catherine looks so healthy and so happy, what a wonderfully strong chapter she has. Prayers for her full recovery as well as for King Charles.❤

Interesting. I remember an interview with Harry (pre- or early-Meghan) in which the interviewer said she'd overheard him calling the then-Duchess of Cambridge "Cath" at some point before the interview and his answer implied he typically called her Catherine but sometimes shortened it. That suggests to me that either they were never close enough for him to call her a private nickname or that her family called her "Kate" as a child and when she was older she decided for herself to go by Catherine and it's just a bit of a holdover for those who knew her at that age.

Two of my favourite and influential people, who have inspired many others. The fantastic Dame Judy Dent and the elegant HRH Catherine The Princess of Wales, who has achieved worldwide action with her Early Years and given support and encouragement to those suffering with or from cance, along with King Charles III. They are our modern Royal Family.

A couple we’re friends with had a little daughter of 4 that was starting infants school, she was very nervous so her mum gave her a tissue for her pocket and told her, ‘mummy and daddy have put a kiss in this tissue in case you need a hug’ When the little girl came out of school, her mum asked how she did, her reply was ‘I was ok and I only needed to use 1 kiss’ 🥹❤

That's similar to a tip I give to all my new parents. Give them something to put in their pocket. A handkerchief, an old key, a button from your coat, a loyaltycard. Children think, 'Well mummy wants the object back, so she won't be leaving me here for ever.' This trick seems to work as long as they don't lose it.

As Eugenie's boys get older and more recognizable, Meghan will not be able to pull this nonsense. I mean the public easily recognizes George and Louie. Soon Eugenie's sons will be known to the public as well as they age and are seen out and about with their parents.

Meghan has pretty much stopped using the blurred or from behind photos of her "children" as most people are questioning their authenticity. That is why she keeps using the same pictures of very young supposed Archie and Lily.

At any outdoor drinks occasion we always used plastic glasses especially when we had a pool. Like you we didn’t want any little feet whether 2 legged or 4 to get injured. Inside we have crystal and hand blown so there to the pretentious person and her sparkling water(for crying out around!!). In support of Shauna✊😇

My Mom would always tell us that those who have passed are "our angels in heaven that look down & protect us" & when things are hard talk to & pray with them. I (like most people) have had dark, broken times. I look back & wonder how I got through those times. I really believe it was prayer & talking to "my angels in heaven." And here I am today🥰😇🥰

Another thought I just had: isn't it magical how the last things a parent says to us will stick forever? We should always say meaningful things to our children cause we never know when it will be the last time we talk to them.

Been thinking a lot about my aunt lately (she just passed). When my grandfather died when I was little, she called my mom (her sister) very distraught, not just that he'd died but that their last conversation was a fight. She couldn't remember what exactly she'd said to him last, only that it was some angry parting shot, and she wondered if he died thinking she hated him. It had a profound impact on me, hearing that, and I've always made an effort to end encounters with loved ones with at least a "love you." ❤️ You really never know.

I heard that Harry’s ex friends in UK, who play polo, all fell about laughing when they saw the documentary. It has been edited by Meghan, according to a NF insider, and has come across like the desperate housewives of polo players. Not that much Polo in it and no explanation about how to play the game or what the rules are. It is obvious that whoever edited it, knows nothing about the actual game. And as she (sorry, they) were the executive producers you know who to blame for the atrocious production.
