@HiroForever8 жыл бұрын
Prince was EVERYTHING!!!!! I always felt that way, and said so. Purple Rain was the first movie I ever saw in the theatre and when excelled at piano lessons, my piano teacher let me learn a pop song for every classical song. I played every Prince song I could get my hands on. U used to say 'my life won't be complete til I c Prince in concert' and I DID get to do that about 15 years ago. Prince was and always will be iconic, a genius, INCREDIBLE musician, vocalist, writer, producer and a VISIONARY. Prince is THE artist who is unmatched. It is horrific that the people who stand to benefit most from Prince allegedly not having a will are those estranged family members with whom he avoided and fell out with. What they need to know is on judgement day they will be judged. Myself and many others know majority being broadcast is lies and more lies. Judith Hill came out after MJ died with a story of him mentoring her and how close they had gotten: which is how she introduced herself in interviews and portrayed her background when she auditioned for The Voice. Prince dies and THAT is used by her to speak of him mentoring her and they were ' in a very intense relationship' and that he 'loved and would always be there for her' as she tells the story about being on his plane when the emergency landing took place She further explained that if she ' 'hadn't been looking at him ' when he fell out of consciousness' they would've just thought he fell asleep and he would've died *as if she saved him*. I don't know what happened, but I am positive that majority if not all what is being splattered in the news is lies. Also believe it was inappropriate and self serving to tell her 'plane tale.' I really found her otherwise very talented and beautiful. This whole thing just stinks of foul play. You don't need to be a suspicious mind to see it, either.

It's going to take some time to even feel somewhat normal again, but time heals most of the pain and you will know Prince is always there with you .. he's just not in his physical body but he's there, next to YOU .. and Jesus is on the other side. Prince was definitely a gift from GOD .. they'll both be looking over you .. hang in there, you're in my prayers. Keep going forward, we need YOUR music too, the gifts you were also blessed with. Her voice is amazing--I would have loved to have seen her and Prince together on stage and future collaborations. I miss him so much :) I attended his Musicology concert years ago, and his stage presence was other-worldly. He had an almost supernatural "glow'. Particularly during an acoustic medley of older music, just him and his guitar. He was bathed in a golden glow, and it wasn't stage lighting, it emanated from him like an aura. I have only seen this 2 times in my life. His speaking voice was soft, and his laugh slightly shy , but he possessed a spiritual quality that filled the entire space. I was moved to tears.

Such a dope album. I bought 7 copies! I was obligated. I had already bought it from iTunes but then the cd came out and Prince tweeted about it. I tweeted to Prince that I would buy 7 copies of Judith’s album if he said ONE word in my DMs. 30 seconds later, I got the DM. It just said “ONE word” 😂 He gave me what I asked for and I did what I promised. I bought 6 more copies! I gave them as gifts to other Purple Family members. The album is excellent. Warm and funky and fun. I got a picture with Judith at a show in NYC. Judith, I’m the annoying fan that sang along to every song. Sorry. 😂

He was obviously very intent making sure his fans got the best of his audial and visual presentation. Hopefully the Paisley Park Complex will be open for fans to visit in the future. In the meantime all the best to you Judith!

I just hope Paisley Park continues after the terribly shocking news yesterday. Obviously now that its owner has left us it will never be the same again. I'd hope that apart from all his music, the recording facilities etcetera at PP will become part of his legacy for musicians everywhere long into the future. 2016 has been a terrible year so far in terms of losing truly inspirationally creative people far, far too young. 'You turn on the telly and every other story is telling you somebody died'. R.I.P Prince, you'll be missed, but you've left us some of the most important music of the modern era to remember you by. Like Bowie, kids in 50 or a 100 years into the future will be discovering your music. Your body may have gone, but your spirit will go on in all the music you made.
