I would like to know what do you mean exactly... It is just the first experience with the new rules, but I would really like to know the opinion of the people that is for, or against the new rules, but being specific. Have you already had any randori applying them?

I've done some research on this issue. First off i meant Ko-uchi-gake, not soto, my bad hehe. Furthermore, the Kodokan has determined that there is no gake or barai in Ouchi-, kouchi or Osoto techniques, only gari (with the exception of Ko-uchi-makikomi, which is a yoko-sutemi-waza). Therefore this techniques becomes simply Ko-uchi-gari. However, it may seem logical to name this particular technique Ko-uchi-gake as it resembles the Gake action in Kawazu-gake :p

What would you classify the finishing technique as? ko-soto-gake?

I would classify it, like you said, as a ko-soto-gake.
