Kumi-kata (gripping) in Judo plays an important role in all Judo matches (and BJJ matches too) so here's one Grip-Break you can try when your opponent grips strongly on your lapel (or stiff-arms you)

Haha I fight teens and young 20's all the time in bjj comps - win some lose some but always have fun! Their cardio may be better but I have "ol lady strength" hahaaa
