I think 1:50 is not uranage. It is variation of uchimata(Zantaraia style). This technique is known as Japanese sumo technique `yaguranage` in Japan !

No, obi tori gaeshi has the uke thrown on the side of the kicking foot. Number 8 is a front ura nage or front uchi mata so uke is thrown to the side of the supporting foot with a rotation

Excuse my question, I practiced Judo as an amateur many years ago but I never went into serious competitions: I understand that ura nage is a good way to get an ippon, but i see a great difference between the formal perfect execution shown in training sessions or manuals and the examples shown in actual competition like these. What do refereees evaluate to decide ippon instead of wazari? Is it the "clear superiority" or a "clean and perfect execution" or what?

Hey Orbilius, thank you for your comment. Actually, the difference between ippon and wazari is the opponent fall into his back (ippon) and into his shoulder (wazari). Ippon, in the theory, will be the perfect execution, with technique/speed and control. In competition, the "real deal", and what referee's will analyze will always be if the athlete fell with his back or shoulder. Thanks again! And take a look in our other videos! :D

basically when ur opponent touches the ground with his back, or / and shoulders it is a ippon, that is if the tori executes the throw not if the uke is like dragged down on his back. A wazari would be a "imperfect" throw meaning the opponent lands on his side for example.
