Who knows what the defendant was doing. He was doing something that made him turn his steering wheel and made him look in a different direction. He is guilty of reckless driving.

Speeding in wet weather

So his logic is essentially if there's something in the middle of the road, he's not responsible to do everything in his power to avoid driving into the object because it's not suppose to be there in the first place. He's just obnoxiously arrogant and smug

It's Texas. The weather defies nature sometimes. We have cold air come down from the north and warm storms come up from the gulf. When they meet, odd things can happen, hail in 80 degree weather and rain at 30 degrees.

It's 530am, no one is super awake at that time. Plus raining and random food truck lights blind. If the plaintiff didn't violate the rules, it wouldn't have happened. Plus it seems it's a junk "I'm gonna work on it sometime in the future" truck. Plaintiff obviously didn't want it in his driveway. I think the defendant had a good point, but ultimately it was his bad.

@@benzamg32m68What rules did the plaintiff violate? As I said before, parking something in front of your own house is legal in many places
@imalwaysright29 күн бұрын
@@benzamg32m68if a person is not awake, they shouldn’t be driving. If it’s wet and there’s hazards, should be driving slowly. If a vehicle was parked legally, it still would’ve happened, and he still would’ve blamed someone else.,

People get on this show and say the most dumbest shit ever. Id just take full responsibility and accept the situation so I look less stupid and embarrassed on tv.
@lordlossize9 ай бұрын
if you did that then youd be seen as a scammer for the show
@benzamg32m685 ай бұрын
He looks stupid to YOU only. He had a good argument. Plaintiff was partially responsible for parking his "I'm gonna fix it one day" junk truck that wasnt driveable. He obviously didn't want it in his driveway. So it goes but the plaintiff was trying to get 10k. He's a scammer.
@mmoney4165 ай бұрын
@@benzamg32m68I don’t know about where you live or where the plaintiff lives, but where I live, you can park on the street in front of your house. Plaintiff is not liable for that. Not only that, but the defendant had multiple arguments, most of which were completely illogical. I agree with you on the 10k. I know some people would pay that much to buy it because it is classic, but it’s actual retail value can’t be that
