It's amazing that she hasn't gone blind from continuous eye infections Also that eye makeup looks like something out of sims 3 Also also for makeup, especially stubborn makeup, use a double cleanse. An oil cleanser first, rins with water then a normal facial cleanser. It'll get all of it off. If you really wanna make sure it's off, use micellar water on a pad, leave it on for a sec then start with very small circular motions until you can wipe you eyes. Don't pull, everything should come off if you just massage it. You can use micellar water before the double cleanse or after or both. It'll really make a difference compared to hand soap and wet wipes.

Applying makeup with your fingers is just fine and actually more sanitary than most brushes. It’s her technique, cheap and expired products, and lack of knowledge and skill that led her astray....FARRRRR astray!

Oh Judy... you should use some oil (for e.g almond) for dissolving this makeup and then wash your face with good face gel... it will not hurt that much as scrubbing for 2h with face wipe :D
