The right mindset and the first moves to ensure success

Starting a painting can be daunting - that blank canvas is like an empty stage waiting for brilliance to arrive! This can be a huge hurdle to overcome when expectations are high. Every abstract artist needs to hear this advice. This video is packed full of golden nuggets. I love catching myself saying (as Judy advises) "nope, its too early in the painting to care, yet". So freeing!

Thanks for the video. However, I would like to remind you that there are many kinds of abstract art, also very planned and those that have thought work in the background. For example Hilma Af Klint and Naomi Yuki.
