Have you tried it? It's busted. the 3 second linger means you get at least 2/3 hits out, and are always moving around the map faster. If you go bfury and aghs, you never have to have it down because you are never hit.

It’s less noticeable because it’s passive and automatic but, for example, I don’t think kill on 5:16 would have been as easy without facet, he’s zoomin and hits a lot harder with lingering stacks which is a big deal

not gorgc but i can share my opinion :) Fury kinda conditional depend on enemy draft, and mjolnir gives you higher dps while omni (even small nerf on maelstorm, but gain insane attack speed still relevant)
