What we've come to realise, is a lot of manufacturers fall short when it comes to the back half of utes on the market. Tailgates that drop and thud, trays that have to be unlocked with a key, old fashioned and unsecure covers.

We decided to put our money where our mouth is and teamed up with HSP to deck our Hilux out.

The remote controlled HSP Roll R Cover is the best we've come across. The security it offers, the smoothness of function, the compactness and the quality assurances gave us the confidence to use it on our own vehicle.
The HSP Tail assist makes it easy for a mum with a baby on her hip to open and close the tailgate without struggle.
The HSP Tail lock ensures you never forget your tailgate unlocked and never have to fumble for a key to open it.
We decided to option it with some Rhino racks in case we decide to up the ante in the future and add more features.
Lastly, we've enjoyed the smaller 18 inch Moto Metals for a while and decided it's time to add some more meat in the wheel department.
20 inch Diesel Exodus wrapped in Nitto Terra Grapler G2's has given it a totally new look.
