This is easily the dumbest and stupidest build I've ever created. This build allows you to laugh at Nightmare waves as you face tank absolutely everything. This thing shreks! Thanks again to Shoaid R for putting the Sacred Iron bug in my ear! DEUCES!

Do note, that I mentioned 3 attacks that will make you flinch, but there's at least 3 more; the hwacha, the Oni dog blasts, and the Oni fire that Oni's occasionally shoot out. However, with super armor... you can face tank bears!

@@EternalWindTWR oh yeah I'm there with ya mate. I actually only use the extra target when I'm carrying crystals on trials cause I can be on fire, be getting hit, and still regain health faster than they can kill me 😅 But other than that, it's pretty useless

I got the moon stance timing down but I can’t do it consistently in combat to save my life 💀 I always switch to water stance. First day trying the animation cancel tho maybe I’ll get better

For those that cannot perform the Moon Master cancel, I recommend using Water Stance as Surging Strikes is still very good. Thanks for checking out the channel!

Patch 2.18 gave all legendary katanas stance mastery so all you need is the stance to be able to do it with a legendary.

Does the sarugami sword heal you each hit? And does it apply counter damage to all 3?

The Sarugami itself does not heal you, it's blessed strikes on the charm while your class ability is active. But if you do kill anybody with a counter attack with the technique healing strike then you will heal 50 health. Counter damage applies to every hit from a counter attack.

How crucial is Sacred Irons weakness? I play without a Ronin and was wondering if Restorative Rhythm with the same stats would be as effective.

Nvm just remembered that weakening increases damage reduction to 45% with this build so it sounds essential.

It most certainly is still viable, and you can use whatever you want for the katana, but it does feel like it works best with the Masamue's Edge. You can always just work towards unlocking that to further better the build in the future.

@@robertsnead2319 MMC is the best physical DPS in the game, so I would definitely recommend trying to learn it. I have a short on how I perform it that might help. But water stance with surging strikes would be the next best DPS and you may like it better.

@@robertsnead2319 I totally get it, and if you're brand new at the game it's definitely going to take you some time. Just check out my short on it and it shows how I use my own fingers to perform it so it could help. You have to have moon stance in order to even be able to practice on a legendary katana unless it is moon based. Legendary katanas, once a stance is unlocked for it, it'll come with the mastery for it as well. Just keep that in mind if you were unaware. If you want to just use surging strikes to familiarize yourself with the game first, that might be more beneficial through water stance. And if you are using anything that isn't a legendary with moon stance, you will have to have Moon master in order to perform MMC.

My favorite version is already available, the Restorative Rhythm Hunter. But the one for the most damage is either replacing RR for Spirit Kunai or Enjo's, with the same stats as the RR charm.

You need to bind the charm to your Samurai, only then will its class specific perks and properties show up on the charm. Gear needs to be 110 Ki to bind.

MMC is still a thing and has not been changed in any way. You could always just use surging strikes through water stance, but it won't be as effective.

Running with Enjo’s and Rising Tempo brings your max possible damage total up to 442% per hit when using Masamune’s MMC. Allowed me to get a 2:30s wave 0 opening to a plat solo, and so far I’ve gotten to wave 13 with my build. Melee is a lot more fun in Legends now that you can actually do good damage with it 🤣
