A professional comedy juggler, Paul Miller has gleaned lessons on personal development and growth from a lifetime of practice and literally achieving balance. Balance in space and time, balance despite changing external forces, and creating balance with others developing partner tricks. He applies that experience to more abstract concepts of goal setting, resiliency, and community. Juggling and other skill toys animate and illustrate valuable lessons in a way that leave the audiences with a renewed perspective on personal development and growth.
A nationally touring performing artist, instructor, and speaker, Paul Miller's boundless energy and improvisational comedy engages audiences of all ages. In 1999, he founded Flow Circus with a mission to promote active learning and play through the juggling arts. Flow Circus has partnered with hundreds of educational organizations to conduct skill based programs that encourage self-directed learning, build resiliency, and foster a growth mindset. In 2014, Paul co-founded Skoyz Wellness with this same model of experiential learning to create productive individuals, strong teams, and a culture of innovation for companies.

I can juggle 3 balls. I'm 29 and started last year, but only just bought some balls a couple weeks ago. Feels good being able to do 3 in close proximity. I struggled before but the more I try the more I can do. Be consistent with life and when you drop your balls pick em up and keep on throwing, up! you can do this. :)

I am 29. I started juggling on Aug 20, 2021. On Sept 6, 2021 I finally was able to juggle 3 balls. It took me 17 days to become decent at it. I miss some catches but they are few in numbers. It's a very relaxing and fun activity. I'm going to practice it as long as possible.

I started on Oct 30. Ive learnt 3 ball juggling in half an hour without errors.. Due to that practice I am now juggling 4 balls now
