My son passed 3 wks ago. When growing up this was his favorite song.( and performer ) He loved long hair as I . He had the album cover and had me mount it in a frame which hung in his room growing up ... RIP Mike 😪

Saw her at least 20 years ago on Harriette Island on the river in downtown St. Paul, MN at the "Riverfest" celebration. She was playing the "B" stage but by far out performed and entertained the crowds compared to the headline act. She can sure belt out a tune. No microphones or amplifiers needed to hear this voice with it's power and unique soulfulness. Was impressed 20 years ago and still am today! --From the young man in the 21st row

As we get older our voices change. Singers are very much aware of that, and Juice handles very very well. She can still hit and hold those notes in such a beautiful way. A very talented lady, who knows her craft, and how to take care of it. Big lessen to other performers. I have recently rediscovered Juice Newton, I first heard her in the early eighties. Queen of Hearts was the first song of hers that I listened to. Her voice is unmistakable, and I love listening to her music once again.
