This is the 2nd cassette tape ever. My mom bought it for me. My 1st was Kenny Rogers the gambler. Which she bought. Love both them artist to this day. 1st album was highway to hell by AC/DC which my mom got me. My age was 6,7,8. My music that I listen to is all over the map. Right now I'm on a Ryan Upchurch kick. He sings different genres of music very well. People should never box themselves into a certain square. Life is to wide open.

She always had a lot of fun in her videos. You should check out Love's Been a Little Bit Hard on Me kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6XEpaKFj5dgq9k This song was written by Dave Edmunds, who did a great live version.

If you're looking for vocal quality, listen to "The Sweetest Thing (I've Ever Known)"

When this came out in late 70s early 80s, there were a bunch of songs that kind of straddled the country/pop rock line.

Try Alannah Myles Black Velvet for some country blues feel. Would make for a good reaction. For personal use you should listen to her self titled album. Great vocals on the 80s rock sound. If you like it explore her other album. Other songs of her to react to would be love is, lover of mine, family secret, and our world our times.

The history of this song is as follows. It was written by Hank DeVito, who played Pedal Steel for Emmylou Harris. It was originally performed by Dave Edmunds, whose version was more rockabilly.

Might try some Patty Loveless. She has a nice powerful voice and not twangy. Timber I am falling in Love and Trying to think of Elvis.

This woukd make a perfect punk rock song. Deep heavy thumping guitars and drums and stuff. A tad slower and a "driving" rythm. A lot more dark leather. You know...

I know a ton of country songs..kinda like a worthless talent I have, haha, if you ever want to hear a certain type song, let me know. I mean, there's so many different sub-genres of country and styles and so much great stuff that never made it to the radio or out of Texas (where I'm from). I believe everyone loves country music, but they just don't know it yet. I don't mind when people say they don't like today's country, I don't either, (the mainstream radio stuff went bad like 20 years ago). Video killed the radio star, I guess. haha

Hey could you do a whole album reaction to some Tom petty? I'd say either Highway Companion or Full Moon Fever.
@NickieReacts4 жыл бұрын
I'll have to look into that! I honestly have heard a lot of his music before, so I'm not sure if I'd be able to or not. Refugee just happened to be one that I hadn't heard. I'll add it to the list though!
@wolfmanscott86694 жыл бұрын
@@NickieReacts do you have a favorite Petty album and/or song?

@@wolfmanscott8669 To be perfectly honest, I know a lot of their music, but I couldn't tell you song names or albums. I'm horrible when it comes to that. I listen to so much, but couldn't say any of what it actually is haha!
