I don’t he necessarily calling her the worst because she left, i think he’s saying that because she cheated on him after all they been through together. The trust and dedication in the relationship went out the window and Juice being the hard lover that he is got devastated. I don’t blame him for being angry with the girl because In the end all he wanted her to realize was that she let go of something special and he wants her to never forget that.
