We are the 3rd owners of this JuiceBox EVSE yet Enel X has offered to replace our unit after it threw a fault code. I initially contacted them to see if maybe they had a technique that I could try in order to get it going and even asked about the cost to have it repaired because I did not think that it was still under warranty and even if it was, that the warranty would transfer to me. To my surprise, they offered to replace the unit!
Big thank you to Enel X! I am beyond impressed!
