Modifying a Land Rover Defender 90! - Part 1

In this mini build, we're going to transforming this TD5 Defender from a bone stock tired 2003 90 to a real drivers vehicle with some real presence!!

i know this video is old but i just wanted to say this gave me so much joy as my dad used to have a very similar blacked out defender looked and sounded amazing it had a wonderful v8 in it incredible car and he sold it so my mum could keep her car and i am still sad now and it was many years ago. keep up the good work love your videos and have a good day / night. :)

Love your videos man. I in the process of making a list of things I hope to do to mine... It will be a full nut and bolt rechassis. Have you changed the torque converter on your rebuilds and how has its affected things? BFG KO2's are absolute weapons. Great on road (and we have insane distances, herein Aus) but weapons off-road. Cant recommend them enough.

I do have to wonder why bother doing the mods why you haven't either washed or sandblasted the shit out of the under carriage because you are ask for a shit ton of trouble if there is hairline cracks in the metal with all the caked on grime and other shit I would of cleaned it before you started doing the mods..

It’s having a full wash and wax after. We have inspected the chassis and can safely report this one’s in fantastic condition with factory stickers still clearly visible 😁
