Superb work. The painted dash adds a high level of personalisation. And the wooden steering wheel works well, even if only a temporary fixture. Still in love with that colour - I’m planning to use it on my 1972 Land Rover Series 3 Carawagon, which is currently being completely rebuilt onto a galvanised chassis. A beautiful, non-standard colour, but works so well.

Promentery Robbins thank you so much! I agree the dash looks better will the little touches! I absolutely love the colour and think it’d work great on a series! Good luck on your build! I’d love to see it if you choose this colour 💙 thank you for your support 🥰

What are the size of those Wolfe rims? Whole job looks awesome, congratulations on a great job, your skill and even more your vision and aesthetic taste. You have given me a target to match.. but what size rims please? Btw I have seen the wheel balance weights placed on the inside of the rims to not affect the look, please research if you don’t believe me.
@Bluebottle_GB4 жыл бұрын
Did you strengthen the sill where the rear mudflaps bolt to the side panel? Otherwise when they flap they work harden that tiny aluminium lip and break through. About 4" of angled aluminium inside should be enough to spread the load... Or are you thinking Gwyn Lewis wheel-arch liners? Looking cracking by the way.
@nidgen55234 жыл бұрын
Number plate on the bumper for me. I have a Heritage 90 and went through the thought process of moving the bumper. The retro look just didn’t work with plastic number plate. Great build

So are all the land rovers you build for other people or do you have some for yourself? Also when is the dash going in?
@juicemotors4 жыл бұрын
The projects I show are a mixture of private commissions and my own personal projects, some have to be sold to fund other builds and some I’ll likely keep. The dash should be with me in less than 2 weeks but the canvas hood is being made and takes 3 weeks, don’t worry there is something else to fill the void 🥰 thank you for your support and for watching it means a lot. 💛
