Hey John, can you make a video how to maintain Kuvings or any vertical juicer clear of the green and yellow things that lefts after couple months of using? Soda + vinegar and hard brushing didn't help me a lot. Thanks for your videos and keep the great work because of you I bought a juicer and changed my life for good!

Its most important to clean right after each use so no build up occurs in the first place. I scrub with soap and water.

I love my kuvings but that yellow basket is impossible to clean thoroughly. Certain veggies really are worse than others.

I bought C7000 which is gettingmore and more lagging after I used it......I mean the pulp has more and more water content inside...obviously it is the drawback of the palstic material fatigue...........

Great videos ! We bought a commercial Angel juicer for our online juice shop in stead of the pressing machine that good nature offers. I think dual gear juicing is the way to go for maximum yield. What is your opinion?

Yield will vary depending on the produce being juiced and the juicer being used. Any dual gear machine will be horrible at juicing fruits (in general). Try juicing strawberries in a twin gear.. Whereas a good nature will juice fruits perfectly. In addition, a twin gear is significantly slower than a press at how fast the juice can be made, which may be a bottleneck for a juicing operation.

Great work you're doing. As much as this kuvings c6000 is very much good for commercial purposes but the pricing is too much for me to afford. Please what other commercial slow juicer that is good and durable can you recommend for me. I'm so so confused and hopeless. Please help me out

Home machines are made for the home, and have a 30 minute duty cycle. The warranty will be void if used for commercial purposes, and it may overheat. I recommend saving your money for a commercial machine.

Depending on the model, the Wattage may vary. Depending on the country the Voltage may vary. We offer the USA voltage models of 120 volts here.

John, i will be starting to sell juices and smoothies in my ice cream parlor and would love to hear your opinion about a vertical juicer that would be the best for my needs. I already have a Angel juicer for the leafy greens and hard vegetables and now i thought it would be best if i get a single auger vertical juicer for mostly the juicy , watery fruits. Do you think i need a professional piece like the CS600 or would it be enough for just juicy fruits if i just buy the tribest slowstar? Thanks

Please check with your health dept. Neither the slowstar or Kuvings CS600 are NSF certified, which may be required. Personally between the two, for a commercial situation, I would get the CS-600, its more durable.

You will need to get a centrifugal juicer for soft fruits other wise customer waiting long time with slow cold press juicers.

Good morning John, do you just compost the pulp or do you use it in recipes? Also, can you freeze juice?

Susan S We have a online juice shop here in Belgium and we freeze or juices. But we use a shock freezer. This rapidly freezes the juice. A normal freezer would take a long time to freeze a juice and this means there is more time to build ice crystals inside the juice. I’ve read test that by freezing you loose about 5% of the vitamins.

I personally compost the pulp. Many people like to use it in recipes. I personally would rather use complete fresh and whole produce (with nutrients) rather than mostly the fiber with nutrients removed in recipes. People do freeze juice. Frozen juice is better than no juice, but I like to say freshest is bestest.

I still prefer cold pressed juicer which is more powerful and easy to clean. the clean for kuvings is still a lot of labor especially to clean the drum!!!!!!!!!!
