Juicy apple pancakes 🥞 in 5 minutes ✅

📌 Ingredients:
1 apple
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
150 g yoghurt 3.5%
140 grams of flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
📝 Preparation:
1. Peel 1 apple.
2. Beat the egg, sugar and pinch of salt briefly.
3. Add the grated apple and yoghurt and mix.
4. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix again.
5. Oil a pan and fry over medium-high heat until golden brown. Complete!
