Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of mustard, 100 ml of oil, 100 g of flour, 100 g of breadcrumbs, 1/2 red cabbage, 1/2 white cabbage, 1 carrot, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 5 ml of apple sauce vinegar, salt, black pepper to taste
Method: cut the chicken breast in half, put it in a bag, beat it. Salt, pepper. Break 2 eggs, add a teaspoon of mustard, salt. Beat everything together. Dip the meat first in flour, then in eggs, then in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown. Put the finished chicken on a paper towel and dry it. Finely chop the cabbage. Grate the carrot. Add mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar and salt. Mix everything well. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
