2 large thick steak with less fat
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
3 cloves garlic
🌼Seasoning
1/2 Tsp cajun season
1/2 Tsp adobo season
1/2 Tsp garlic/parsley
1/2 Tsp smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1/2 Tsp jerk season
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 to 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tsp dark soya
1/2 Tsp jerk marinate
Pitch of salt
1 Tsp honey/optional
Fried Steak For 3 Minutes On Each Side On A Medium Heat
