1 Tsp black pepper
1/2 onion
1 Tsp pimento seed
1/2 sweet peppers
1/2 fresh ginger
1/2 carrots
2 stalk scallions
1 Tsp fresh thyme
1/2 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1 tomato
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 cup hot water
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp brown sugar/optional
1/2 cut potato
Cook 30 minutes in total on a medium to heat.
