@@sakeshkaranjit Grating cabbage releases a lot of water which can be problematic. if you chop the cabbage instead, it will only releases the water when it's cooking. we will cover other things in our future videos. Thank you for your beautiful comment.

@beforeyoutryit to remove excess water, i use larger keema bowl and tilt it slidely so that excess water collects at bottom. 😃 Useful specially making veg momo.. and as adding salt releases water quickly so salt should be added at first..
