The only thing I would do differently if you’re marinating it overnight is not to put the lime on until the morning. Because anything citrus will start to cook the meat. Thanks for sharing.

350° degrees is the lowest temperature learned from watching your videos. So about an hour at 350° I will cook it. ❤
