I definitely admire and respect your boundary to keep certain things private. I realize talking about intimate parts of your marriage or specifically what kind of birth control you two use can be uncomfortable. But, I would almost rather you not bring up the question if you’re not going to answer it. It’s almost like a tease. I’m getting married in a week in a half so I’m at a place where I’m curious to hear what methods different people use and your opinion from your own experience whether you’re a medical professional or not. Again, totally respect you having boundaries, but bringing up a question you don’t intend to answer is kind of a letdown.

They aren’t click- baity if she actually got asked the questions. It’s her choice if she wanted to answer them or not. Since when was knowing someone’s contraception choice a question that is required to be answered publicly online… it’s a private choice and confidential, it’s weird that others would want to know that.

I’ve been experiencing hair loss and I’m fairly sure it’s genetic! I’ve tried quite a few things (nutrafol, minoxidil, serums, etc) and nothing worked so I’ve stopped letting it takeover my life and now I’m just letting it run it’s course. It has definitely shaken my confidence and I’ve looked into alternatives like wigs and even though that stage of my life is far off, it helps me to know that I have a backup plan if I need it

Hy Michelle! Have you tried putting castor oil on your lashes and eyebrows? I do it overnight and it really improved my hair growth. Not sure if it helps with your other hair as well. Love your videos. Watch them in the mornings bevor work. They are so calming 😘

On the horse note - I played polo for UT and there is an awesome polo club called Legends really close to Dallas that does beginner lessons. Polo is a really fun and chill way to learn to ride, especially in Texas!

I have had hair loss and I am 25. I believe it’s to do with hormonal imbalances and yes birth control can have effects on hair loss. I personally take folic acid which is supposed to help and make sure all my hair products are natural x

Leah Kirchinger (You Tube) said that carrot juicing improved her hair. It used to only grow to a certain length and she now grows it longer. I haven't tried it yet but would like to.

Definitely do a road trip out west! My boyfriend and I drove from New Jersey to Colorado, Colorado to Texas, and Texas back to New Jersey this summer and it was truly such an amazing trip. It was exhausting driving that much and at times a bit frustrating, but we made so many memories and got to spend a lot of quality time together getting to experience new parts of the country. I could not recommend doing something similar enough!

Thank you for this candid video! I also suffered from hair loss but because I have PCOS and was very anemic. So get checked for PCOS cause you never know. Biotin and multivitamins helped me and bringing my hemoglobin leves up.

Please skip Colorado & come to Utah instead! We have the most national parks, red rocks & mountains are so close to the cities instead of far out like CO. There’s a lot of people here in UT that have moved from CO and they all love UT much more- plus you don’t have to worry about the constant marijuana salesmen & things.
