Its so cool that you're good at makeup and still talk about having skin problems! I've actually had the same thing happen to me, where people are like what are you talking about you dont have any scarring at all. and im like yeah i just have really good makeup. i use a green covergirl concealer stick on the scarred areas, blend it, then apply a thin layer of neutrogena coverup, then use loreal mineral makeup. it works like a charm.

Hey Blair I work at a Clinique counter in Canada and I use even better foundation myself in alabaster. Its an amazing foundation I've been suggesting it to everyone.. not just for people that want to cover age spots & acne scarring.

I recently just went to clinique and asked the lady to help me find a good foundation, and i tried a few and fell in love with the Even Better. I also bought a translucent loose powder to finish it off. My face looks flawless and I get lots of comments, so anyways i'm glad im not the only one who loves this foundation.

Hi Blair! To be honest I had a tough time to believe that your pretty face had acne scares. Most of my life I thought that I had an oily skin but since LUSH came to America I use everything for sensitive skin and it works. Thanks for sharing, great tips.

I just love how it finishes on the skin overall and the coverage is really good. It does have a little bit of the even better serum in it but not enough in it to really notice a major change in your skin.. you would have to use the even better serum along with it to notice a real change if you wanted an overall change to your skin and not just a temporary thing.

I started using the Clinique even better about a week and a half ago. I bought it at the same time I bought the 3-step skincare system. I am loving all of it! I'm also the alabaster as well in the foundation...I was surprised you were that shade because you always look so tan! Haha. Thanks for the tip on swirling the foundation brush like that - it definitely doesn't leave any lines or anything like the stroking method!

Thanks for this video Blair :) I also suffered from acne throughout most of my teens but managed to minimize it drastically through Benzaclin. Blair, I seriously reccommend using Studio Finish Concealer as a concealer, I actually put it under my foundation (but I use Bare Minerals). The lightest shade NC15 really cancels out the redness of scars & active acne :) great video!

i really like the fast forward thing!! it's better than before where you sort of used to talk to fill in the blanks ( sorry but you did) or edit out the part where you're applying it and go : okay that's done so now... because now we can see the movements you make, where you put it, what you focus on,... all that stuff and it's really cool!!

hey Blair! i love ur videos and learn a lot from them. and as for ur acne scars here's something that worked really well for me. i mixed a bit of sandlewood powder with rose water to make a paste and applied it on ma scars and left overnight. now they're like not visible at all and the results were really quick. this is just a way of saying thank you to the great job ur doing. xoxo

Hey for scarring the best is mederma, the gel works great. just apply 3 times a day and you will see your scar fade immediately especially if it is a new scar. Older scars take a little longer.

Blair you probably already know this because you are amazing but a tip for keeping loose powders a bit cleaner put cotton balls on top of the holes before you close the lid so that they don't spill into the lid or the tracks of the lid. So that way you can get more use of the product. And you are a beautiful girl not only outside but inside too and that's where it counts most:) thanks for the vid it was really helpful. Keep it up:)

have bad acne too. I've had it pretty much everywhere and I always thought "As long as it doesn't go on my cheeks". And now guess what - I have acne mostly on my cheeks! I've done treatments but nothing really works. Next week I'm going to start taking the pill - they say it helps. Then, in a month I'm gonna try the 3Step Clinique routine and see how it goes. when using cream or liquid foundations alot of people usually apply foundation first because you want to buff it in and blend it all over your face. If you apply concealer first, sometimes you end up sweeping off whatever you've concealed and end up having to put on either more foundation or concealer.

Wow!! Ur routine is practically exact 2 mine. I love clinique even better foundation and the pore minimizer reduced my pores too. I apply my foundation with a sonia kashuk brush (its the round brush for blush I think, but does wonders for my foundation so I look natural).

Thanks for showing your scars, it makes me feel better to know that I'm not the only one with that problem! I'm still wondering, when you mentioned your acne troubles, what you did to combat the evil acne demons, because that's something that I and SO many other people have to deal with, I would love to see a tutorial or something about that! Also, you should try going without bronzer and blush someday, because your eyes and hair are so dark it might make a striking combination for evening!

I tried using the even better foundation cos I have TONS of acne scars but it caused me to break out more =( they said it might be an allergic reaction so I have to stick to the super fit. But I am glad its working for you =) and thank you for showing this! Your foundation routines are so helpful!

most foundations these days are non-comedogenic, which means they don't clog pores. However, as with all products, they will work differently on different people. and i think Blair stated the foundation she is using is for acne prone skin, so as long as you wash your face morning and night it shouldn't be an issue xx

you sometimes get spots and blemishes from too much foundation because your pores are covered. (+it ages your skin!) so even if it makes you unconfident have you ever tried to go without any foundation for 1 week? its so good for your skin because it kind of recovers. ive tried that and it was so much better i didnt get scarring..thats what my dermatologist told me to do..:)

some people say that if you take a exfoliating scrub and rub it in your face ( specially where your scars are) when you're in the shower it will make acne scars less noticed and smaller :)
