In 2016 my parents built a shed in our backyard, put a sleeping area above it and a gym on the main level. Y’all going upstairs of Home gym just gave me crazy nostalgia to waking up and immediately going to train the 2 summers I lived up there.

28:45 Woah woah woah I imagine you can somehow work this combo out to be like a stationary Yoke walk. Like, put the manual treadmill to high resistance, load up the smith machine, put the safeties up, and almost mimic a yoke walk.
