This is TFX Training Facility in Orlando, FL which is my hometown. Even though I’ve lived here for almost 8 years now, I’ve never known about this place…it’s an absolute gem! The tunes are loud and the equipment is as heavy duty as it comes. And the title is not clickbait, you might have seen equipment that looks similar but you’ve never seen THIS equipment cuz the owner builds it himself…how freakin amazing is that

I’ve been meaning to say this for a while now. Eric’s ability to know antique, random weird equipment is very impressive to me. It tells me he’s tried the vast majority of equipment and knows what works for him or not. This type of information is more valuable than understanding what is supposed to be the “right movement” for 2 reasons. 1 you know what works for you and what doesn’t and 2 because you’re doing lifts slightly different because of different angles in the lift you’re weeding out weaknesses unknown because your not repeating the exact same movement. Edit: but he doesn’t know how to say ‘bless you’ when someone sneezes. 5 points off.
