Reminds me how much I missed training with my softball team, not just the sweat and hard work, but the support is what always pushed me through. I went on Zac’s diet and workout advice for a year and this summer I lost 40lbs and got shredded. Although I plan on easing off a bit for fall and winter, I now know how to do it and I know I have the determination and motivation to do it next summer as well!
