But it seems like he met a woman that he loves, and finds greater meaning in being a good husband and parent to his 3 kids. yea when i used to work out long long ago i didn't eat bread either. Like if i was out i would get a burger from mcdonalds or such and eat the rest but throw the bread out to the birds in the parking lot. Didn't eat sweets either at that point wasn't interested in candy bars, etc. So plenty of vegs and meats, cheese but didn't really do milk or butter. Not much fruits except bananas. Love nuts and such but tried to stay away as much as possible they are very dense. A lot of chicken and especially fish, my favorite.

I do like those instant oatmeal packs that have different flavors. I love the cinnamon and apple flavor oatmeal. I am....so glad to see Mr Ritchson is a down-to-Earth dude who still keeps himself humble. It was pretty grounding to hear him talk about the expectations of his roles, and how as Reacher he has to work upper body more than other roles, so fitness to him isn't some religion, just a method of work.
