I think the hate of JuJu comes from CC fanboys, so they use Hannah against JuJu. Hannah is good, but she plays with 2 star players, solid role players, and a good coach. Hannah can play her game and doesn't have to worry about double teams.

The USC / UCONN was a great game, I know the CC fans will try to diminish anything that’s not CC, and they look foolish doing it towards this game. The comparison of JuJu and Paige in this game reminds me of the 2024 WNBA AllStar game. Angel Reese was more impactful in the AllStar game compared to Caitlin Clark, and Juju Watkins was more impactful in the USC-UCONN game compared to Paige Beckers. Comparing players because of one game is silly, also comparing them in one season is silly. Let’s just wait until the end of their careers to do the comparisons. Stop the hate and let’s give every one of these girls their flowers!

I love Juju don't get me wrong. Juju in my opinion is probably the 2nd best player in the country. Hannah Hidalgo as of this very moment is the best player in women's ball. Hannah may also be the best defensive player as well as offensive in the country. Juju is the truth though.

Yes, Juju sees more doubles but for the 2024-2025 season at this moment in time Hannah is the number 1 player. Other content creators right here on KZbin and commentators alike most have Hannah number 1. I know sports media is not law, but even they have her number 1 right now. My opinion was not in a vacuum. Another thing Hannah is 5'6 what she does at her height is crazy. Juju is 6'2 of course she gonna have an advantage on offense. But again she leads the country in steals and she is one of the top scorers in the country, yes playing alongside Olivia Miles who before this season people were skeptical if they would play well together which they surpassed expectations.

@ nah not even close. Hannah and Juju both play a high level game but Juju’s half court mid range is elite and as she’s added a 3 ball she’s even more dangerous. Juju’s defense is killer with the blocks Hannah with the steals is elite but it’s the same way they played in high school and Juju was number 1 recruit and Hildago was somewhere near 4th in the nation that’s how it will end up in the draft Juju #1 draft pick.
