枣泥豆沙水果馅都是比较常见的,基本每种馅就都可以做了,大家快试试吧!
简单记录一下:
半斤枣(250g)六两绵白糖(300g)玫瑰(30-50g左右糖玫瑰)。枣用开水烫皮后去核,上锅蒸30分钟(高压锅20分钟),待枣子酥烂。之后放入料理机打碎,倒入炒锅,加入糖、玫瑰。先小火,后加火炒至枣泥基本成团即可。期间要不停搅拌,防止枣泥溅出烫伤。夏季要较冬季炒的略硬一些。炒好的枣泥凉凉备用。
