小门钉略有提高难度,但还算简单,大家试着做起来吧~~
面皮:
油 1.5两(75g)
麦芽糖 1两(50g)
糖浆 2.5两(125g)
鸡蛋 1个
碱水 不到10g
面 6两(300g)
包好后刷蛋液
烤箱200度 13min左右略硬后取出,第二次刷蛋液
上下火 200度,再烤13min左右
