The Bucs banged up defense with most of our secondary hurt held the Chargers to 0-6 on 3rd down conversions. Mike Evans single handly beat up on your defense and he wasn't 100%. We are the 6th best scoring offense and have one of the best running games in the NFL. We were two games out of first place in our division just a month ago and now we have won 4 in row. I'm sick of people saying we are paper good or we are only online good.

They almost beat Kansas City last week! So San Diego was overconfident and Justin Herbert was injured. And Tampa Bay played lights out! That's what happened. And it's just one game. Anything can happen in the NFL.

The chargers haven't really been the same since Dobbins got injured. Super one dimensional. Once teams figure out we can't beat man coverage its game. The other x factor was justin herbert getting out of the pocket but that's out of the equation likely for the rest of the season unless they sit him out a week or two.

As a buccaneer fan, it seemed to me that Justin Herbert was really bothered by that ankle! He was definitely not fully healthy. That's the biggest concern for the chargers in my opinion. And now with this big game Thursday night, Will Herbert even be able to play? Otherwise it's just one game! Forget about the fact it was a blowout. Pick yourself up and dust yourself off and get back in the game.

As a Ravens fan I feel bad for Herbert. For yrs I had to listen to how much better Herbert was than Lamar while I yelled into the void “HE HAS GREG ROMAN AS A OC!!” . But Lamars greatness was able to overcome Romans handcuffs in the form of his pee wee football level passing scheme and won an MVP purely due to his athleticism and playmaking ability. Now he’s in LA putting those same handcuffs on Herbert, he will never be able to show his greatness with Roman designing the offensive

The problem isn't the ENTIRE defense it's just the play calling and lack of adjustments when facing a top 10 offense. Fulton is burnt toast. Put Asante on Evans and he doesn't have 2 tds

The defense is fine man. The issue is not getting them off the field. The chargers offense is schemed to run and for play action. We can't run the ball, hence 32 rush yards, and we certainly can't run play action as that requires a mobile QB and Herbert can't run right now. That forces us to play outside of our identity which ends in disaster. We need to draft TE, IOL/Center, and some more depth at Edge. We can pick up a WR or two in FA

We just don’t have the pieces. IOL is worst in the league, same as IDL. Also 11 carries for 32 yards by 2 backs is a great stat line. The bucs were literally blitzing the whole second half and our receivers just could not get open. All season it’s been like this but we finally got exposed. Herbert literally sees blanket coverage the entire game. Then coach tells him, okay go out there and run a Play action pass knowing we can’t run the ball while they are rushing 6. You’re our only hope😭

@@zachschendt7201 I don’t think it makes a difference fr, the main problem is getting a stop when the opposing offense is being aggressive, we just suck on 3rd and 4th downs. Our pass rushers constantly gives up rushing lanes for the opposing qb to move the pocket and extend the play. This is a D line problem
