I haven't read the manga but I think I read somewhere that one necessity for some curses to work is to literally explain it. This isn't touched on in the anime apart from the Cursed Womb brothers' episode where one of them says, and I'm paraphrasing, "now that I've explained my technique its just a matter of time". Thats why I really think what you said might be true lol

If we are talking about the literal meaning of his domain "Fukuma Mizushi" it means "Demon's Kitchen" and this is so well done since (SPOILER) Sukuna's cursed technique is that of a Chef . He takes his targets as ingredients and he cut , cleave , fry or do any thing which a chef can do through cursed energy .

I got so addicted to this anime that I created a Domain Expansion in my head... Mine is Sacred Field of The Unknown. You will be brought into a peaceful looking field with many berries. After a few minutes, you will inhale the scent of the fruits which has poison that only I can withstand. I can control the effect of the poison incase someone I know was in it. To defeat it, you have no choice but to force yourself to pass out or sleep since the aroma of the fruits will not attack you if you are unconsious. When you wake up, pretend you are still asleep and use your domain expansion since the scent is gone, it will come back but it will cause a few minutes, so you have to do it fast. It is useless to make your domain expansion inside mine without sleeping/passing out because the scent is strong enough to be brought inside your domain expansion.

Just a reminder for some people, the reason why Sukuna is so interested in Megumi is clearly shown in episode 23. Sukuna is known for being so strong that his raw curse energy is on a different level, Gojo said it himself. Let's establish something first, Domain Expansions are like Artworks. The better quality of the 'Art', the stronger the Domain/technique. However, in order to 'paint', use your curse technique(s), you need a canvas to paint onto. Hence sorcerers and curse spirits a like need to create a 'canvas', reality marble, to use their techniques that will be guaranteed to hit. However in Sukuna's case, he used his techniques without the need of a reality marble. The imagery in Sukuna's scene in episode 4 may be deceiving for some such as his visuals, but it is stated that there wasn't any marble creation of any kind. Just limbs and bloods scattered across a 50 meter radius. Now apply the example of Domains into Jujustu Kaisen. If Gojo can create master pieces of 'art', Sukuna can create master pieces of his own without the need of a 'canvas'. It's the same as painting onto the air itself. His raw curse energy ALONE allows him to do this. This is why Sukuna is on an entirely different level, why he's feared immensly, and why he is THE King of Curses. Now let's look at Sukuna and Megumi side by side. If you compare Sukuna's and Megumi's scenes together, they both have one thing in common. They used their enhanced cursed techniques *without using a reality marble*. In Megumi's scene he clearly stated that he pured his raw energy out into the real world in order to use his technique. Megumi create his masterpiece without the That feat alone sets him apart from all Sorcerers even the great G.O.A.T Gojo himself. This is the 'potential' Sukuna was talking about. Megumi is the another living of the new Era of Curses Sukuma has envisioned so many years ago. And now that he has proof, you best believe he will protect it to see his vision through. He's finally found an equal, one that can possibly fight him on equal grounds. The entertainment he longed for for more than a thousand years. And now that he's found a worthy opponent, you bet you ass that their battle will be legendary!

Mahito's domain is weirdly the most beautiful to me, the big hands are forming into a gigantic flower-like thingy, while the smaller ones forming a wire-like prison. If the background wasn't just pitch black, imagine if the background is flowers from anime hell's paradise, then his domain will be a million dollar worth art. Not only it would've flex some pro artists who even until now can't draw hands properly, but also it represents true beauty, since in art, flower is often depicted as something that is born aesthetically (naturally gifted beauty)

Many people seem to not understand how Overpowered Domain Expansion is. So far we only saw Jogo(who got done by Gojo), Gojo(1 hit), Mahito's DE(Got done by Sukuna), so the show hasn't showed how broken this shit is. You will find out in season 2. For now just remember that even with power gap like Nanami vs Megumi, Fighting normally, Megumi would get owned by Nanami without being able to do shit, but once Megumi could cast his Incomplete DE, the result would be reverse.
